Better late than never…. right?

First and foremost Happy Labor Day!

Wow it’s been a busy summer for us and I hope it’s been an eventful, and memorable, summer for all of you as well! We are really excited about everything that’s been happening and we have lots of great things coming! Just to catch you up a bit…


DFW HDI chapter officer elections were held in May and the new officers assumed their roles on June 1st. I am one of the new officers so I apologize for the blog silence and ask you to bear with me as I get settled into my new position, which I am EXTREMELY EXCITED about!

The DFW HDI Officers also met for our yearly planning session in July. We started the day with some great team building exercises, which were a great way for us “newbies” to get to know the veteran officers. Then, we jumped in to some very productive planning so we have lots of good stuff in the works! Keep an eye out for upcoming events and information!


The August Chapter Meeting was held at CA Technologies and sponsored by Bomgar.  Our guest speaker, Tim Wilde from EasyVista gave a great talk about applying a “Mobile First” mindset to ITSM.
